I, like so many others, have multiple interests, constantly evolving views, ever changing thoughts and numerous persona’s.

What I like to describe as, polyangles.

Having tagged The Polyangle as covering music, wellbeing, non-profits and politics, in this post I want to cover why….read on.

Non-Profits & Politics

I am proud to be the CEO of a non-profit organisation. This is my first role as CEO and like every new job there is a steep learning curve.

Through The Polyangle I want to explore that learning curve, how non-profits can affect real change and make a case for supporting or challenging the politics of the day.

Thing is, I’ve got form on having polyangles; I trained as a Social Worker, have been a politician and have worked in Local Government, Healthcare & in Non-Profits.

Surely all those experiences must make for good reading, no?

Wellbeing

I think it’s fair to say that I’ve not always looked after myself as well as I could; my body and my mind.

In sharing my experience I would like to achieve three things:

  1. Learn more about myself
  2. Unravel the complexity of wellbeing; what it’s constituent parts are and how we can all value the things in our lives that help us feel well that little bit more

Music

Very simply, I love music from the deepest part of my very existence; listening, playing, creating, all of it.

I am not, however, a music journalist but I know what I like.

Music has been a constant companion throughout life from as far back as I can remember.

I am also a musician, so disclaimer alert, some shameless self-promotion may occur.

Conclusion

If all of the above sounds like something you might like to get onboard with, then please subscribe.

But, please don’t stop there.

Please get involved if I write something that inspires, challenges or annoys you, please let me know in the comments.

Thank-you and welcome to The Polyangle.
